Juli &#8211; Alpha Combat Willich"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Heute ging es um jegliche Form von &#8222;Befreiung aus dem Schwitzkasten&#8220;. Von &#8222;am besten nicht in den Schwitzkasten nehmen lassen&#8220;, \u00fcber &#8222;Befreiung im Stand&#8220; bis zum Punkt, wenn man schon fast zu Boden gebracht wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Seit heute gilt auch im Alpha ein Graduierungssystem, an dem man freiwillig teilnehmen kann. Hier gibt es folgende Graduierungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gelb<\/li>\n<li>orange<\/li>\n<li>gr\u00fcn<\/li>\n<li>blau<\/li>\n<li>violett<\/li>\n<li>braun<\/li>\n<li>schwarz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Da ich im Januar bereits an der &#8222;Grundausbildung Alpha Combat System&#8220; teilgenommen habe, wurde diese anerkannt, um die Grundlagen f\u00fcr &#8222;gelb&#8220; zu haben.
